CAREER SUMMARY
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practitioner with experiences for more than 9 years in social works includes mining industries, non-governmental organizations and multinational companies, especially in consultancy, agricultural, microfinance, training and mining sector. Most recently experience is on the mining contractor company – PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia. Within this company, I participated in a broad range of community relation and development process from establishing corporate, CSR programming, cost controlling to implement CSR programmes and networking with various stakeholders and institutions. These tasks includes site based, head office, and supported project roles.
My core strengths are design and programming, facilitating and training, monitoring and evaluating, also in CSR reporting, and networking with civil societies and government in implementing the programmes.

PT.Thiess Contractors Indonesia (2007 – Present) Jakarta, Indonesia
Thiess Contractors Indonesia is one of the biggest mining contractor company and construction service company in Indonesia. Thiess Contractors Indonesia had been providing mining services for Kaltim Prima Coal, Arutmin , BHPBilliton for Indometcoal Project, Vale Indonesia , OZMinerals and also construction for Kaltim Supa Coal a subsidiary company of Bayan Group in Tabang and Melak Project and PT Agincourt Resources in Martabe Gold Mining Project, Tamtama Perkasa a subsidiary company of Barito Group.The latest projects are Trans Jawa Toll Road: Solo-Ngawi, Ngawi-Kertosono and Cinere-Serpong
Senior Community Relation and Development Coordinator Nov 2007 – Present
Assist the Project Manager cq Community Relation Officer in the areas of CSR implementations and support, as well as stakeholder relation activities both externally and internally and to the Thiess Australia Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- To build, develop and improve the Community Relations Team (All Sites, BSF & Jakarta) to achieve Thiess Strategic direction and Action Plans that rise from the vision of being an industry leader in mining and diverse construction services

PT GAG NICKEL – BHPBilliton (2007) Raja Ampat, West Papua, Indonesia
The Pearl Project, currently in selection phase study, is evaluating the process technology options and potential value of two undeveloped world-class nickel laterite deposits in east Indonesia: Buli, Halmahera and Gag Island, Raja Ampat. PT Gag Nickel is the special purpose vehicle for BHPBilliton in Gag Island located in Raja Ampat, West Papua.

Assist and report to Team Leader for the following tasks include social mapping for NGOs and INGOs in Sorong, networking and program planning – for community development departments.

Association for Community Empowerment (2004 – 2006) Jakarta, Indonesia
Association for Community Empowerment (ACE), formerly Community Recovery Programme, is a non governmental track for social safety net program set by big NGOs and UNDP according to monetary crisis in Indonesia in 1998. By Trust Fund mechanism, ACE developed community empowerment throughout Indonesia cooperated with local NGOs and CBOs.
