KEY QUALIFICATION
More than 9 years experience working in Implemented Company for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as Leader Project : developing training modules and manuals, make program budget , social mapping and participatory planning team, facilitate stakeholder dialog forum, and conduct social program documentation. Around 2 years experience training on entrepreneurship from Aceh to Papua: Hands on in community development and other practical skills related the trainings attended (leadership,, human rights and social management). Facilitating various type of training and workshop, conducting consultancy services, studies and researches on related subjects. Since 2015 he engage in the field of human resources management in any industry and corporation.
